BC sprayed insulation ltd located at Kelowna, BC V1V 2M1 is looking to hire 1 full time / permanent General construction supervisor.

Duties include:

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Estimate costs and materials

Prepare bids

Prepare production and other reports

Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions

Co-ordinate and schedule activities

Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Requisition materials and supplies

Supervise workers and projects

Train or arrange for training

Supervision

• More than 20 people

Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years experience and high school graduation certificate are required.

Language – English

Salary – $38.00/ hour (40 hours/ week).
